Shipping policy
🚚 We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number where available.
During busy periods such as sales, holidays, and new launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you updated.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
International Shipping

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. If you are unsure about your country's import charges, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also log into your Rapa Wears account to check the status of your order at any time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Rapa Wears is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@rapawears.co.uk. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or anyone else at your address
- Check any safe spaces or outbuildings where it may have been left
- Contact your local delivery depot with your tracking number
- Contact us at hello@rapawears.co.uk if the above steps don't resolve it
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rapawears.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, uncollected from depot), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. Some remote areas within the UK may have extended delivery times. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
