🛍️ We want you to love every purchase from Rapa Wears. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

1. Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Email us at returns@rapawears.co.uk
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked postage service for your return. Rapa Wears is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Shopify Payments / card refunds: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
  • Klarna / Clearpay: processed according to their terms

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

6. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at returns@rapawears.co.uk with your order number and preferred alternative.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the fault or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal again
  • Contact your bank — processing times can vary
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@rapawears.co.uk

9. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are always entitled to a refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
